Lovely immaculate rooms, spacious balcony with lake view, excellent attentive host, peaceful location, personal and welcoming atmosphere, very clean with all amenities.

Staff-owners was very friendly and they provide us any info we wanted about our daily excursions, room was comfortable, extremely clean, excellent decoration with fireplace, nice view to the lake, located 5min walking to Limneos civilization, 10min by car to city center.

Internet connection was very slow and was disconnecting every 15mins

Our xmas holiday at this hotel was great! We loved the friendly staff who were always ready to help and provided useful information on local activities and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with beautiful views of the area. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, away from the main road traffic which provided a peaceful atmosphere, and we had a private parking to park our car.

Although the hotel's location was nice, it was quite far from the lake than we expected. Furthermore, it was disappointing that there was not much to see or do around the premises. Despite the negative aspects, our overall experience was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

With Villa Del Lago hotel you get more than expected. Outstanding hotel, small and beautiful, warm and very clean in a very quite location just 5 minutes drive from the city. The staff was great Mr Giorgos and Mrs Athina especially are very friendly and polite, very helpful and generally nice people. The room was extremely clean furnish t very tastefully and with the fireplace in the room overcame our expectations. Nothing looked cheap! The breakfast was delicious, with the homemade hot pies, I would say a five stars breakfast. We had the best time there and definitely we will revisit it. Thank you Villa Del Lago Hotel.

The hotel is excellent and looks like a 4* (boutique) hotel. The owner is always there to great you or help you. The rooms are tastefully done and clean. The bathroom has everything you need: toiletries, hairdryer, etc. The towels are changed every day. The breakfast is very good and they serve it whenever you want it. The quality of the internet is good (used the skype to talk to my family every day). The owner and his wife are very-very nice people. If we come back to Kastoria, we'll definitely stay at Villa del Lago. Very good service and very good value for the money!

The hotel was very peaceful and good value for money. There was an immaculate maintenance of the rooms, and the staff was excellent - they had all the answers about things to do and places to eat in the area. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful view that overlooked the ancient settlement and the lake.

The hotel was further away from the lake than I expected and Dispilio had little to offer. It was necessary to drive to Kastoria to see all the attractions, but the hotel provided a great escape from the traffic in the city.

Great hospitality, nice breakfast, beutiful hotel.

The hotel was very very clean with very interesting decoration and all the required amenities to be top of the class. It was not very close to the lake, however, its location was very logical (5 min driving distance to Kastoria). The hotel owners are though the strongest advantage of this hotel. Always smiling, friendly and always willing to help you with anything you ask. We had a problem with our bed as it was squeeling all night, we told George the next day and he had it fixed by the evening. Congratulations for this level of service. Would definately recommend it.

We loved the personal and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive, and had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable and we also enjoyed the spacious private parking, transportation was easy. The breakfast was quite good and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was lovely, immaculately clean, and well-furnished. Our room had a very spacious balcony that offered a beautiful view of the lake and the reconstructed neolithic settlements. The staff were great, very friendly, and responsive. They provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The atmosphere was very personal and welcoming, thanks to the friendly owners who were always smiling and ready to help. The hotel had all the amenities we could ask for, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the spacious private parking and the quiet location, away from the car noises. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
